Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Time

Our standard shipping time is 5–7 business days.

While delays are rare, they may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • High demand periods

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be issued to the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Maximum Delivery Time & Refund Policy

We stand behind our delivery process with the following guarantee:

  • If your order is not delivered within 32 days, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Our maximum delay threshold is 25 days, which is acknowledged and accepted upon purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information

If an error is noticed, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PAREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local carrier office

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
